Squires Kitchen Cocoa Butter is an essential ingredient in every chocolate maker's store cupboard. A natural product extracted from the cocoa bean, you can use it in many ways such as for painting chocolates.
When melted, Squires Kitchen Cocoa Butter behaves like and oil. It can be used to thin chocolate, as an ingredient in confectionery, and for giving marzipan figures a shiny coating. Melted cocoa butter can also be mixed with cocoa powder for cocoa butter painting techniques.
